Campus Planning
- Led design and procurement of 400-acre development consisting of 22 buildings ranging from life science, R&D, industrial, and retail totaling over 2.5 million SF. The project was also responsible for all entitlement work with the city jurisdictions and horizontal infrastructure improvements including roadways, lift stations, underpasses, and pedestrian bridges.
Life Sciences: Ground Up
- Blue Ridge Community College: Managed new construction of 40,000 SF Bioscience building for healthcare and research programs in addition to new microbiology labs, simulation labs, and flex labs.
- (Confidential): Managed new construction of 52,000 SF Life Sciences building with 2 levels of underground parking.
Tenant Improvements: Life Sciences and Manufacturing
- (Confidential): Led design and construction of 60,000 SF bioscience building for spec life sciences program including wet/dry labs, research and development labs, and flex labs.
- (Confidential): Led design and construction of 50,000 SF bioscience building for spec life science program including new microbiology labs, wet labs, and flex labs.
- General Atomics: Managed construction of 25,000 SF manufacturing use space for additive manufacturing programs including integrated clean rooms, research, and flex labs.
Tenant Improvements: Office
- (Confidential): Managed construction of 103,000 SF 4-story office building including new conferencing centers, executive offices, soundproof call rooms, flex spaces, and MEP upgrades.
- Boxer Capital: Managed construction of 16,000 SF San Diego offices with administrative offices, conferencing spaces, and breakroom.
- Evofem: Managed construction of 45,000 SF headquarters including c-suite and administration offices, multi-use conferencing rooms, multiple breakrooms and kitchen.
